Our partners play a critical role in making Within retreats a transformational experience for womxn and non-binary leaders in design.
Partners (organizations) have a direct line to supporting diversity of leadership in design as well as the likelihood of a sustainable career in tech for this community. Each retreat may be small in numbers, but the ripple effect is beyond measurability.
